Sharing their music in the context of worship is a very special calling for the Strathdees. They enjoy working with clergy or members of a planning team to create and lead worship. Here are some possible uses of their music and skills:
...to teach and lead new hymns.
...to provide service music, chants and choruses for the flow of worship (greeting, prayer, communion, etc.)
...to work with the choir, organist and other musicians.
...to preach a sermon in word and song on themes chosen by Jim and Jean, your clergy or congregation, or from the lectionary scriptures.
Jim and Jean share their music in the worship services of local congregations, church conferences and special events.
